Allright. I won’t ask for LFR in wrath anymore and I’ll just wait for it in Cata. I’m sure It will make its way there and I have nothing to worry about with its removal.
If it was imaginary we wouldnt be playing Classic games and chatting about them on their forum.
Sure we would, and we are. No side of the playerbase is better or more valuable than the other, no matter how high up you think that pedestal is.

This would actually be really interesting to see, is, if Blizz announced Cata classic and announced they will not be implementing LFR, do you think there would be the same amount of pushback?
If you knew anything about me you’d know I was joking and that I hate when people use what character people are posting on as justification for anything
The pedestal isnt real but the desire to go back to a different version of the franchise for very specific reasons did indeed exist and these people had idyllic notions as to why.
What each group thinks of each other isnt relevant to classic or retail existing.

The same people who adore RDF are also likely the same players who like LFR, I imagine the overlap is immense.

LFR in Cata sucks. All you get is a watered-down version of Dragon Soul. We won’t be missing much if they decide to get rid of it.
But a number of people are saying “LFR is one thing but now RDF, RDF is different!” You think that goalpost is going to move?

Im in Zip’s corner but dont mistake me for being anti LFD. Im of the opinion it should be in Wrath Classic - and earlier than most. I really dont see the point in the move although I cant take umbrage with Blizz based off their reasoning for not including it.
I dont mind it, I would happily use it if I played Wrath but Im not going to let personal bias get in the way of the truth which is, LFD isnt that great for an MMO. But imo Wrath wasnt looking to be another TBC, it was trying to capitalize on WoWs popularity so Activision’s acquisition on Blizz Entertainment paid immediate dividends.
