Coming from someone who created a thread about how they want Blizzard to implement teleportation to dungeons to avoid world PvP, and in TBC no less.

Please add teleporting in to dungeons like LFD due to Horde imbalance

So on my characters left on PvP servers, it is nearly impossible to use a summon stone and extremely difficult to even get in to dungeons. This is an issue that is basically isolated to alliance players on PvP horde-dominated servers (which is most PvP servers). This is something that I totally could not have foreseen on these servers that are mostly horde-dominated and full of horde players who like to PvP and gank any alliance player they see.
