So you don’t want to do rated content, you don’t want to LFG, so why exactly do you feel entitled to gear past dungeon blues?
lets get something clear, rated content does not make you a better pvper, better pvpers get high ratings, but there are so many rated players in unranked games now farming honor that a typical epic might as well be ~1800 MMR anyway.
and no, i dont want to do rated content, there is no rated epics and professions are disabled in rated. why is that? whats wrong with professions?
we got heroic raid ilvl before, and we had scaling to cover ilvl gaps with higher geared players. why exactly do you feel entitled to a model that predetermines the outcome of a match based on ilvl and not skill? do you lack skill?
why do you have a problem with unrated players getting a higher ilvl? if you dont play with them or the same mode, it doesn’t impact you at all, so why care if they say they need more ilvl for their game mode?

Stopped reading after this, sorry but a casual PvPer who only does random BGs is going to be hardstuck 100 CR for an entire season and blame the system. The system is fine, the players just need to get better.

Professions isn’t competitive lmao, there’s no competitive blacksmithing so does that just make blacksmithing useless?
Like idk how you expect to be more geared than a rated PvP player while doing zero Rated PvP.

yes it does, and then that leads to the argument of “if professions are allowed in pvp, then everyone has to be eng/alch” so they removed professions for things to be fair.

Engy/alch is not allowed in Rated BGs along with any other profession, so I fail to see how this is even an argument at all.
Ofc in random BGs you can just use saltwater/berserk and feel good, but i’m saying in rated content that skill matters over gimmicks.
