What’s out of spite? I said over and over before Classic even launched that layering was BS. Now? I couldn’t care less if your server has layering or not. As someone already pointed out, the #nochanges ship has long sailed.
I’m merely pointing out your hypocrisy when you say NO CHANGES to those of us asking for the cave rez to be changed in AV.

he is on the forums nearly constantly shutting down even the hint at a chance of a discussion about things and is very smug about it. but now hes all in favor of changes when it effects him personally. hold these people accountable to their stance
removing layers will expose more bots and also will allow for a healthier world pvp environment.
Does layering affect your play on Westfall? This version puts a large emphasis on building guilds. We started ours long before OCE was given a 2nd PVP realm. The damage was already done, we’d rather play with the community we have.
We’ve had layers longer than not. All of our work towards AQ has been put into question right when the gates have been opened. The timing could not be any worse.
If it makes you feel any better, a post made recently regarding the original faction imbalance of vanilla helped sway my opinion regarding the balance of AV.
I’m always up for discussion, I’m sorry for making you feel otherwise, dad. I would argue, removing the restriction on new accounts making characters on full realms allows more bots than layers ever would.
#nochanges. your spec is a choice but your server is easily changed if you dont like it

There were free transfers offered…its plyers being stubborn. Blizzard offers a fix but you don’t necessarily approve so you don’t take it…
As for how layering on one server affects other servers…if you aren’t aware, the current meta is for a player to find a server which is low cost mats (either due to an abundance of mats from layers or a less inflated economy) then they transfer all those mats back to their original server via an alt. It costs $15 for someone on my server to take ALL of the mats you farm on your 2nd layer and change my servers economy.
It’s happening daily currently. We have AQ books on realms that don’t have gates open

Blizzard did this specifically to satisfy their greed muscle, not the players. Their server handling capacity has been trash since launch and Im not willing to blame tiny muscle brain anymore. Gotta be that need for the green.

Yup. They’ve artificially created this situation with their idiotic handling of server creation. Now they want to profit off of it.

There solution doesn’t work. Transferring off realm with books and other materials also isn’t my problem, it’s Blizzards.
