If there is a policy limiting links then?

Hello, I am curious about the policy limiting links and posting of off-site material.

If there is a button in the app that has the symbol for including a link ie (Ctrl + K) then what is the policy that strictly bans us from using links in our posts when it is obviously part of the intended IDE interface that is provided to us in the + Create a new Topic toolbar? I am no Rocket-Scientist but doesn’t this defeat the purpose of promoting your Battle.net forums application?

Post more and read more so your trust level rises.
Or for now use the ` key on either side of your link.

you dont have permissions. I can post links, for example. i blame the sex leg tbh.

These forums use Trust Levels.

The ability to post gifs/outside links requires Trust Level 3.

Decent post attached explaining how to check your level and some of the requirements and perks of each level.
