If the Zombie event remains as is, we need compensation

Lol

Ok let’s all calm down and look a the facts here

The fact is you are playing a mmorpg

Inside this rpg game, there is an apocalyptic event where the scourge is running lose

We are called “heroes” “defenders of Azeroth” all the time and are asked to defend the cities.

Then these heroes are crying that in WARcraft you are flagged for pvp for “5 minutes” and acting like their entire world is over.

This is deeper than the game. This is a mindset issue.

There are plenty of things that are forced down on me also that are permanent that I absolutely hate.

The difference between us is that you go on the forums, whine and demand a refund.

And I just choose to do something else? Or just skip the content?

What’s so hard here?

You’re right; it’s about the vision of the devs. Take it or leave it.

If you dont like it, please leave. We dont want you here if you dont enjoy it

I know its even harder for you to realize there were PVP servers, and they were taken out of the game, but try.

Too this is why I say your toxic.

You say you just want me gone no matter what. Shut up and conform or go away.

I say hey dude, you got WM you go play there let me play here and we can BOTH be happy.

TO bad you don’t want that. You would rather see Blizzard lose out and subs decrease as long as you get your way ONLY than to let others have fun too.

And you claim I am the toxic one…

“we”. You’re one person. No one elected you to represent anyone else. Acting like you represent others to strengthen your side of the argument is the sign of a bad post. And I’ll be around a while. This event is nearly over. Then you will be upset you cannot force your fun on others anymore.

You are not performing well with this event; it’s disrupting your gameplay as you say. If you unsubscribe and quit playing or posting your opinions and entitlement here, you will be happier. Please look into the option of not playing.

What should be and what are, unfortunately, are two different things. With the prepatch event and the abduction of leaders, the SL timeline has begun. The story has taken off.

The event is fine for people who want to do it, but not everybody wants to do it. It’s not fun being forced into an event with no way to prevent it from affecting you. There should be a way to opt out of it, whether it be from some potion that lasts until the event ends (or right clicked off) or some other way to prevent being infected. Also, important NPCs like auctioneers should be immune to the infection…

I mean you keep saying you are not having fun. I am presenting the sensible, no-brainer option.

Of course, I guess the caveat is that that requires having a brain to begin with :stuck_out_tongue:

And as someone that just recently let their FFXIV sub freeze, that entire MMO caters to a casual playerbase.

They design content with casuals first in-mind. Please, go find greener pastures over there.

Make both Azeroth and Eorzea a better place by subtracting yourself here and adding yourself over there.

Wrong. You need reading comprehension classes. I never said it disrupted MY gameplay. I said I actually acknowledged it was disrupting OTHERS game play . Please look into the option of reading more comprehensively.

Yes, to me lying and entitled attitudes are the textbook definition of toxic.

This is correct.

This is the vision of the devs and honestly it’s a great change of pace for once

Arnt you guys tired of instanced game?

I’d love it if we had some threats to the cities more often where we can get some fly loot and achievements along with it.

Would be pretty cool tbh

The fact is we’re playing a video game

The video game has content we enjoy

Currently, to play that content we enjoy, we’re forced to participate in content we don’t enjoy, to the point that that content we don’t enjoy is even inhibiting the content we do enjoy through bugs like the denial of loot from slain bosses because you got ghouled

Skipping the week is not an option, because the content we wish to enjoy is also a limited time, ending at the same time as the content we don’t enjoy

What’s so hard here?

In the World of warCRAFT, why are you not forced to sit down and do crafts with zombies? maybe teach them knitting? Or if that’s too advanced for their decayed minds, made some macaroni art?

I mean this is World of warCRAFT, right?

Wrong again. I said I had fun with the event. You are the clear no brainer here and reported for your insult.

Hopefully they’ll take themselves to court and sue themselves! That’ll teach them!

Just because I dont split stupid hairs doesn’t mean I lack reading comprehension. Comprehend that!

If you going overrun capital cities with meaningless content at least put loot on them.

Says the guy who threw around the word thick-headed first…
