Why have two launch dates? is one for the mount purchase?
you can’t access any BC content other than blood elves/draenai and theres an event.

pre-patch and launch are two different things
pre-patch is when they update game systems and mechanics to match the incoming expansion (i.e. changing the talent trees to be in line with the actual TBC talents) and occasionally giving us some extra content, such as the opening of the dark portal event and allowing us to play blood elves and draenei early
launch is when the actual expansion will drop, increasing the level cap and giving us access to the actual content (aka Outland itself)

Launcher says June 2nd now.
It depends on time zone. It is June 2nd for many players.
They are not the same thing. We’re getting the BC patch on 18th but the actual continent of outlands will not be open until next month.
Imagine people thinking the OP is serious and explaining it to them.

Prepatch is when you can xfer your lvl 70 beta characters over to live. June 1st is WotLK release.

You have to have a June 1st to get a June 2nd. Unless you have the Heart of Gold, then don’t be a Physeter Macrocephalus whale.
So are the lvl 58 boosts available tomorrow or do we wait til BC launches?
