Considering there is never a faction imbalance, the answer is always: no.
What are we supposed to do? Play a faction we don’t want to cuz you’re crying over it?
What are you smoking? No player has the power to influence player balance on any server. This is a Blizzard issue. Perhaps you arent upto PvP like you were 10 years ago? PvE may be where its at for you. You can still PvP there as well.
