Because they think if they spam it enough it will be true along with all of the fam fiction/head cannon they come up with and call lore or how to make helves work.

Because people keep saying high elves are already playable. We want to play Quel’dorei because they’re different from the Sin’dorei. Quel’dorei and Sin’dorei are the same race but they’re different people.

There’s no meaningful difference besides a political opinion between the “high” elves and the Sin’dorei.
Give us the blue eye option we should have had in TBC and let it be.

Just like when I try to have a reasonable discussion about High Vulpera the horde come out and start complaining “Waaaah, it’s just an eye colour change!” “Waaaah it’s just a fur tone change!” like come on right? they could do so much more like ADD TATTOOS then it’s a whole new race!
They definitely need to pick up a couple of books.
