DPS = damage per second, not damage at my own pace whenever I get around to it. If we don’t care how long it takes to kill stuff, why bring DPS at all?
There’s a reason all raid bosses have some sort of enrage timer (hard or soft): without timer, there is no sense of urgency. There’s no such thing as a slow-paced action movie.
He wanted the increased attention from making his own thread instead of posting this in one of the dozen other threads on the same exact topic. Narcissism.
Felfaadaern is good people and I think just doesn’t want this terrible idea implemented into M+ so he is brainstorming on the worst possible outcomes of such a change.
And he’s mostly right. I just enjoy trawling him a bit.
