I mained a Warlock and a Pally back in the original WOTLK
No paladin or Warrior could beat me.
For the most part I dominated 90% of the player base.
Yet in this version of WOTLK Locks are pure garbage that get owned by everybody.
What happened? (I don’t have a warlock in classic WOTLK)
This is not WOTLK
These silly subtle changes made by the devs have corrupted the game.
The little gift boxes they give you for doing anything.
I literally have 100 mana and health potions in my bags.
While Alliance has always sucked at BG’s I think they won more 12-14 years ago then they do now.
Alliance dominate BG’s 70-79 but upon reaching 80 they can’t buy a victory??
What??
This isn’t a gear disparity. Is there actually a alliance PVP’er that DIDN’T reach 80 being honor capped?
What is with this miserable grind from 70-80? It wasn’t this long and painful 12-14 years ago. My desire to level up another toon is non-existent.
As a life long supporter of Warcraft this simply does not feel like WOTLK…at all.

Almost everything you mentioned is because players are way more knowledgeable about the game compared to 2008. The leveling part is because you’ve done it before, and you probably don’t have anywhere near the same amount of free time you had back then
Locks kinda get run over in duels and 2s by any competent melee. Also people know how to counter us well now. Back early on people didn’t know what their abilities did (like how death wish breaks you out of fear) as well so everyone complained about warlocks because they seemed hard to beat.
Tbh hes just doing something wrong lol. 2 of the top 3 best dps specs in the game right now are warlock specs… and even their worst spec is still better than 2/3rds of the classes in the game at #7… If youre having trouble pumping as a warlock rn the problem is entirely between brain and keyboard.
Maybe hit up your class discord and/or post some logs so people can help you figure out what youre doing wrong
I literally re rolled ally and havent lost a single bg yet.
Horde is dog water at bgs my guy like so bad its unbelievable. You can level an alliance toon fairly quick doing bgs. You cannot level a horde toon through PVP at all unless you want to take 5 months.
