If I use the enhanced character boost can i give items to my main

Hi, I bought an enhanced character boost in hopes of being able to get the raid ready gear for my paladin, can i use it on one character and give the gear to my main or is the gear account bound?

The gear is soulbound and can not be transferred

Not only is the gear soul bound, but the gear it gives also happens to be class locked.
