*IF* Guild banks are added

I might have worded that better, when the game registers the guild clearing the first raid, then perhaps the option would open up for the guild leader to purchase.
There should need to be something in place to ensure a real guild is using for the purposes of guild progression.

whyre you trying so hard to stay relevant in this thread lol. Nobody even replied to you dog hahahaha how embarrassing /wave

Go scroll up mane. Bout 10 people telling you how dumb you sound. I know being a teenager is tough but mature a little and come back

Its the nochange anarchistsā€¦ I donā€™t push for either side. Just want yall to stop the crying and see within reason. Atleast your getting a classic server, all of you nochange ppl feel like your entitled to it hahaha. Thatā€™s why youre labeled as babies

Can you learn proper grammar before posting? Judging by your posts in GD youā€™re just trying to be an edge lord and just to noteā€¦ If classic gets all these dumb changes, it wonā€™t be classic.

Do you still need schooled on the difference between an opinion and a fact?

Go back to crying in GD and que some lfr, youā€™ll feel better

Oh you can still steal from a guild bank, itā€™s just much more likely you will get caught due to those uneditable logs. Because the person got caught they will likely lose their access to the guild bank, and thus prevent him from continuing to scam the guild. And if itā€™s the guild master doing it, it is easy for guild members to see it happening and STOP donating to stop being scammed.

But with the guild bank alts logging system itā€™s easy to edit the logs and prevent the scam from ever being discovered.

Guild bank logs wonā€™t stop the initial scam, but they do give you accurate tools to identify the scam and address it, meaning the scam can be stopped from continuing.

You continue to ignore that fact.

Tell us all how those precious ā€œuneditableā€ logs show who the thief is, if there even is a thief.

Haha, I noticed that a while back reading one of his posts. And every time I agree with him now Iā€™m a little weirded out by it.

Through pattern recognition. The more solid and trustworthy facts you have the easier it is to determine what is happening.

Uneditable logs can go a long way to finding that pattern because if itā€™s a purely he said she said argument we are back to the salemn witch trials, which is what guild bank alts issues led to. I personally got burned at the stake back in vanilla because of it, which is part of the reason I support guild banks. Because I saw the dark side of guild bank alts personally.

If only there were a way to store your own items if you find yourself unable to trust anyone else.

Oh, waitā€¦

Of course; Iā€™d prefer guild banks, but Iā€™m largely no changes. Iā€™m just happy to be getting classic and praying they donā€™t change gameplay and balance.

And, if they arenā€™t added, I wonā€™t cry either.

I love you v much

mm anarchists these days

Guild bank alts donā€™t promote trust, trust involves being able to see the results of said trust for if it was misplaced. Guild bank alts do promote faith, because faith is blind with 0 actual facts.

But sure, tell everyone the solution to being ripped off is to just not trust anyone instead of trying to fix an exploitability system.

Appreciate all of the honest replies everyone.
Sorry Iā€™m running rifts and canā€™t reply to them all. Lol

Trust is not ā€œIā€™ll trust you as long as I can watch you like a hawk, just waiting to catch you making the slightest mistake.ā€

I could see someone who knows that they themselves cannot be trusted having that kind of attitude, but that couldnā€™t possibly be anyone on these forums, could it?

lets look at this from real world for a moment.

you trust your bank right? does your bank provide facts back to you through statements and other forms of logging?

now lets say you find some person on the street and ask him to hold onto your money. are you putting your trust in him, or a blind faith? keep in mind you know nothing about this person other than face value, same as with the internet. you donā€™t even know if he gave you his real name, you donā€™t know what town he lives in, what he does, exc. you donā€™t even know if he will be there tomorrow because you know nothing about his life. So just like the internet acquaintances we know of people from playing games with them.is that trust, or blind faith? keep in mind wow gold has real world $$$ value.

do you see giving the money to a stranger as trust, or blind faith, with a bank there is tracking, you have reference points, exc. but a random stranger? to me thatā€™s blind faith.
