Funny, most people believe it is many of the changes that have ruined WoW as a whole over the years. The significant drop in sub numbers from vanilla to BfA would seem to support the idea that the sum total of the changes has less appeal than the pre-change version…
The counter points have been given numerous times, even though you choose to dismiss, ignore, pooh pooh and attempt to hand wave them away.
A wiser man than I once wrote:
The first law of reason is this: what exists, exists; what is, is; and from this irreducible bedrock principle, all knowledge is built. It is the foundation from which life is embraced.
Thinking is a choice. Wishes and whims are not facts nor are they a means to discover them. Reason is our only way of grasping reality; it is our basic tool of survival. We are free to evade the effort of thinking, to reject reason, but we are not free to avoid the penalty of the abyss that we refuse to see.

Willfully turning aside from the truth is treason to one’s self.
Nor have they said they weren’t being added.
They sure do know it’s a hot topic here though.
Well what they said and what they are doing are two completely different things.
So you can hold onto blizz’s word like it’s molded in adamantium but the reality is they have not held up that word.
Anyone hanging onto that word like it’s absolute law and is ignoring that they have already broken that word is doing exactly what you just described.
Watch that you don’t stick your fingers in your ears until they touch though.
I heard that’s bad. LOL
Change is meant to progress things when certain things tire out. Much like your #nochanges philosophy. Relax and take a breather from the forums. you’ve lost this war
Oh really? Your camp made a post under the premise of discussion and then when discussion was sought the OP turned it into a dumpster fire.
So if everything’s been said you’re free to leave the discussion others have clearly shown interest in.
Nice qoute.
Too bad you have repeatedly displayed exactly the opposite of it.
And we’re back to the non existent slippery slope, I see.
“Blizzard has already added loot sharing and will likely be adding sharding, so the tiny, infinitesimal non vanilla QOL convenience change of guild banks should be added.”
We’re supposed to take Blizzard’s word (which they never even gave) as Gospel when it comes to sharding (which you may or may not support), but we need to completely disregard that word when that word seems to point to you not getting what you want?
You ignore the fact that guild banks are every bit as scammable, if not more so due to the increased number of people that have access to that guild bank.
Even your precious in game log really shows nothing of value. The only thing is shows is who withdrew items they had permission to withdraw. They do not show what happened to those items after they were withdrawn.
Did Johnny steal those guild resources to fund that epic mount he just bought or did he give them to Billy as he claims he did? Did Billy actually receive those guild resources and sell them to fund that epic mount he just bought and he’s just lying when he claims he never received them?
If you get slippery slope or “add guild banks out of that”… I’m at a loss for words because you are either once again being wilfully ignorant or you just dont understand the context.
Yup. It’s 1 of em.
Yea now i know you’re tripping if you get that out if what I’m saying im any capacity.
Logic dictates from Blizz’s statements and blizz’s actions that blizz’s word is worth about as much as ice is to an Eskimo.
Any proposed change should be measured on it’s own merits.
I’ve said this since the begining.
Which is in direct contrast to the slippery slope argument.
Try again.
But what about all those claims from pro guild bank advocates that guild banks were added specifically to address issues of “guild bank alt holders robbing their guild blind” and account sharing?
Surely those pro guild bank advocates would not deliberately be untruthful just to further their agenda, would they?
Just so every nochange specialist knows. Your #nochange way of life fell short a long time ago. Blizzard had confirmed they updated their systems so the game was compatible with our modern technology. Cant say no change now
