I also never claimed it was the best. But it is its own category. It’s the only of its category and people like you want it changed. You have other versions of wow for that

Here’s a video of my guild from Vanilla, like 18 years ago, killing the ally guild until they hearthed out of Azshara (yes I actually played Vanilla too from day 1, not sure why that poster keeps saying that). Sure things have gotten even crazier since with the summon alts and the 400 people but that’s GOOD as the experiences are different every time like a sandbox, and you can talk to the people who were there 10 years from now and they’ll remember it too. I remember this stuff way more than the hundred solo rep grinds I’ve done and even more than any of the collecting. I’ll do this stuff over and over again for the next 20 years too.
Take the rivalries away, the (server) communities away, and what is even left? Focusing on things like class balances is to me not the right call. If there’s a + it needs to focus on what actually made the game fun.
