Physique sliders for each part of the body, if i want to have an orc that isn’t a roided hulk, let me, or i if i want to have one that is ripped but not huge let me as well.
Eyebrows for male orcs/trolls
Beards for both trolls.
Eye/Skin color sliders, screw those pre-sets they’re terrible, i still cant have a character with straight up red eyes.
Animation selectors for each skills and stances.

(edit: also it would be really cool for humans to get dark ranger options, because of Nathanos. even if dark rangers never become a class i would rlly like customization options lol)
Allied races are the first thing that come to mind and I have friends that play them. Would you like me to go on about what death knight additions I’d like too? Or more core races? Yes. I want more void elf stuff, but taht’s far from the last I want.
Not just races but druid form customization could use some love too 
Unlockable druid forms would be great. I’d love to do some side stuff and get like a wolf feral form for my druid or new moonkin forms and stuff
body tattoos for all races, just specific for their race: for example Void elves can have some darker ones not the LF glowies.
Pandas need more hair styles. The NE sombra is gorgeous, DIrons and Morcs have amazing braids. Give more races braids. They dont have to be the same as DI and MOs but something like it.
Plus we just need more bouncy, flouncy shaggy hair styles like NE.
It’s depressing to think we wont be getting any more customizations until next expac. 2 years? Just for some potential new body tattoos. Sigh. Ok. I guess they’re more time consuming than I thought.
Also, we need more armor skirts in the game. The Zandalar plate armor set skirts, and the kyrian NPC models need to be introduced to more playable/moggable items plz.
Thank you blizz for the rhinestone glasses mog, thats the sort of things Id love to see more of.
And lastly, the icy bling toy that appears on our character. We need more things like that. For instance the kyrian head bands, or the BE wristlets and BE upper arm cuffs.
I don’t find any appeal in dark ranger class - how is that any different to regular hunter? Especially when regular hunters have access to Black arrow ability.
SHADOW HUNTER - now that is something that actually can provide something different, but I highly doubt they’d implement it because Alliance wouldn’t have its equivalent.

Actually following up a bit, some class specific stuff.
Death Knights- More eye colors (red and green for blood and unholy obviously but also colors for the shadowlands anima would work well too), More rot and decay options for all skins, have all faces work with all skin colors, and maybe a few bones sticking out in odd ways like undead.
Demon Hunters- Mostly expand upon what we have. More Tattoos, colors, skin options ,faces, ect. And eye colors for those not a huge fan of green (Or want to use the night elf night warrior black)
Druid- more forms mostly for all types. If you can unlock other races in your faction’s forms that would be fantastic too, I know I have friends who would love the kul tiran forms on a worgen or night elf. Maybe some claw marks too.
Hunter-Bite marks, claw marks and the like. Working with animals gonna have some wounds and all that.
Mage- Some of the nightborne tattoos could work here, or something similar. Arcane burns and such as well.
Monk- Not too sure here? Maybe tattoos of the 4 celestials, or chi colored marks of some sort.
Pally and Priest can both get similar marks and branding as the lightforged, and more light scars and such. Priests may also get some void corruption for shadow.
Shammy- Aside from maybe some burn marks, I say elemental and totem customization would be nice. Again, like druid, can unlock other races totems.
Rogue and Warrior I think both should get lots of scars and tattoos to show off their victories and survival.
Warlock can inherit some of the fel-pocked burns form demon hunters and get more demon customization. Male/female forms and alternate demons for each option again.
This is would all be awesome my fear is they will say, Legion was the class customization / transmog expansion. Will guess what I missed that xpac and missed out on some of the best transmogs cause of it.
They’ve done some odd things in the past. Green Fire was in MoP so I can see a quest chain for other classes for something simmilar. I have a friend that wants purple fire on her mage.
I’m all for more customizations for all but somewhere around here, a line has to be drawn. What you’re essentially asking for is “upgraded blood elves on the alliance” who have more customization than horde blood elves because they get to choose both regular and void cosmetic options.

Porting more hairstyles wouldn’t change the silhouettes enough to make this an issue. Characters would still look distinct.
