I don’t think it will kill PVP. Heck, there aren’t enough arms warriors in random bgs to affect the primary pvp community (who doesn’t do rated pvp content).
The largest and loudest complaints have been about boomkins, paladins, and sometimes mages. Warriors are in this sort of afterthought zone where people are like, “oh ya, they’re really strong too I guess,” and then they go back to complaining about Convoke.
And that may be why Bliz is seemingly pushing this live without tuning between PVE and PVP for the effect.

I’m all up for balancing the classes, sure, but i don’t see how one overpowered spec out of 36 specs will make people leave enmasse.

PvP this season has been absolute garbage, them going for this buff is not even supported by the best warrior player in the game.

Most people who PVP ONLY do random bgs.
So claiming the entirety of the PVP community will die when the majority isn’t going to be significantly impacted by the change is purely asinine.
This is not true, people want gear and PvP Rated participation is the highest it’s ever been SL due to the gear disparity system.
This is the same argument that we go around and around with with raiders and M+ key pushers.
Most people don’t get AOTC, much less do mythic raiding.
Most people will never complete a +15 without paying for it.
Thinking that only the people at that level are the primary points of the community is completely missing how the actual population dynamics of this game work.
