Hi guys I have some ideas for some class changes that could better balance PvP! They are as follows:
Subtlety rogue: Damage of echoing reprimand decreased by 10%
Damage of shadowstrike reduced by 20% in PvP combat. Energy cost of shadowstrike is now 25 energy
Backstab damage increased by 100%
Garrote is now baseline for all rogue specs.
Outlaw damage increased by 25%
Assassination: mutilate energy cost reduced to 30
All damage increased by 10%
Kidney shot 5 combo points now lasts 4 seconds (was 5 in PvP combat)
Balance druid:
Damage of starsurge decreased by 25% in pvp situations.
Thorns damage reduced by 30% in PvP combat
Convoke the spirits now casts starsurge less often.
Feral druid:
Damage of all bleeds decreased by 15%
Ret paladin:
Damage of templars verdict and wake of ashes decreased by 25% in pvp.
Word of glory now heals 40% less in pvp (was 20%)
Hand of justice duration reduced to 4 seconds in pvp
All Damage done while in divine shield decreased by 50%
Shadow priest: mindgames is now 30% less effective in pvp
Dispersion Cooldown increased to 3 minutes
Fire mage: greater Pyroblast now does 20% of the targets maximum hp in damage down from 35%.
Triune ward is now 35% effectiveness (down from 50%) in pvp
Frost mage damage increased by 20%
Monk: touch of karma now redirects up to 100% (was 70%) of the monks maximum hp in damage to the target.
Fortifying brew cooldown is now 2.5 mins
Expel harm healing increased by 25%
Paralysis now lasts 4 seconds in pvp
Fist of fury usable while moving
Whirling dragon punch no longer roots the monk in place.
All damage decreased by 10%
Arms warrior: mortal strike and slam now deals 10% less damage
Bladestorm now deals 25% less damage.
Frost DK:
Obliterate now deals 20% less damage
Chillsteak damage nerfed by 40% in pvp combat
MM hunter: aimed shot can now be cast while moving but deals 10% less damage on the move
Aimed shot now costs 45 focus down from 50
BM hunter: kill command damage increased by 50% in pvp combat
Kill shot now deals 30% more damage
Barbed shot now deals 20% more damage
All hunter specializations now have hunters mark which now increases all damage dealt by the hunter to the target by 5%
All hunter specializations now have mending bandage baseline
