I'd like a second hearthstone location that I choose

I have so many ways to portal around quickly, I find myself sometimes forgetting which ones I have available.

During the secret quest I took a portal twice to Karazhan before remembering that I have the ring that instantly teleports you there.

Vulpera technically has the superior one. Dark Iron go to pre-selected locations; vulpera can set up camp wherever they want and return to the camp whenever they want. Used to use it a lot when I was farming stuff or would set it up to have an easy port to the current raid.

Tome of teleportation. Amazing add on.

It shows you all of your porting abilities available. It gives you a button to equip the item for porting if needed, and switches back to your original item upon zoning in

You can always build your garrison and have a garrison hearth separate. Build tower and have portal to ashran which have portal to Org.

too bad they didn’t carry forward any of the covenant utility stuff like door of shadows or the hearth kidneystone, i love the hearth kidneystone so much for farming stuff in sneedolands

I have 2 macros that can get me to 8 different places and the dungeons transports on an addon. That’s as a Hunter.

I agree, I think each “hearthstone” should have their own locations…but also… seriously? Its not hard to move around.

As a Human, I think it would be good if we could bind a second Hearthstone, so as to distinguish our Racial from the Shaman’s Astral Recall.

I use the guild cloak to get to SW/Org and use the Dalaran hearth frequently and just bind my regular one to wherever I feel like and it seems to work fine for me

Undercity Portal Shard;
Ultrasafe Transporter: Mechagon;
Lucky Tortollan Charm;
Jaina’s Locket;
Boots of the Bay;
M+ Portals;
There was something that ported you to fishing pools in BFA;
Probably missing other items that teleport you somewhere.

You should have a Dalaran Hearthstone toy and a Garrison Hearthstone toy (provided you had a garrison at some point).

Your regular Hearthstone gets set to wherever you want.

Dalaran gives access to Org and Stormwind.

Harrison gives access to Ashran.

I set up Garrisons on all my alts years ago for the convenience when my regular heart is on cooldown.

This, plus wormhole generators, plus dungeon portals, plus guild sw portal cloaks, plus mages, plus summons, plus shamans having 2 hearths -if thats still a thing, plus human racial soon = I think we have enough… Plus its what, a 15 min cd?

This game has catered way too much to the lazy people for sake of convenience.

I find it really weird to consider flying in an mmorpg to be the antithesis of “lazy”. I’m pretty sure while you’re traveling from Foo to Bar, you’re barely moving.

On my many toons I have Vulpera, and Mages and the other suggestions, I also have multiple hearthstones. I’m not asking to go "anywhere* just to have a second stone I can set "somewhere ".

With 11 80’s and multiple other alts, I simply would find it easier to have a second “home spot/inn” of my choosing.

Maybe I’m spending a month farming a mount, it would be nice to be able to go to the closest inn and save that as one home . Then also quickly pop off to Dorn as my other home for some auctions/ crafting/ Delves / WW stuff and just not “have” to portal / fly / portal / Zeppelin back the the original farming spot every time.

It simply would be nice

A long time ago in the dark ages I think this was a Shaman thing.

Am I wrong? WoW Historians was there ever such a thing with Shamans to have two hearths set to two locations?

Yeah it’s a hearthstone you can place anywhere outdoors.

Like. I make a camp, go off and run a dungeon a few times looking for a mount, and decide to hearth back to the location I set the camp? That’s what I’m after, a second home / hearth.

Yeah I’d love to see you and the many others who clamor for this kinda stuff to play old Everquest and see the majority of you quit within a month. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

I have multiple hearthstones some are rewards, some are toys, I had a brief time were I had two hearth locations, as one was preset and the other was where I had chosen.

Then the xpc came out, I set my hearth to a new location and I no longer have two locations.

They’ve done it, it simply would be nice if I could choose the second.
