Just bumping to confirm still bugged. I filed an in game bug report and mentioned Accumulative Shielding being the culprit. Hopefully we get a fix at some point here! Very annoying.

I think itâs blessing of autumn. Whoever gets the buff gets some of their CD displays messed up.
I also have this issue with accumulative shielding talented.
Iâm losing a lot of DPS because I waste so much time smashing my Ice Barrier thinking itâs available when itâs not.
