Ice Barrier has a 25 second CD. As of the latest patch, when pressing it the icon will not show a CD anymore. The spell looks like it should be castable but its on cooldown despite there being no visual indication that it is.

was happening with feral spirit and even stormstrike on enhance shaman and seen lots of hpal’s complaining about it with wings and blessings

Mine doesnt even look like it’s casting any time im in combat… i havent seen my ice barrier inside of combat since before patch went live
plz fix my ice barrier right now. need to see cooldown. figure it out blizz
Still cannot see this cd and its very important for pvp, please lets get this sorted out.
I’m also experiencing this issue (and glad it’s not just me cos I thought I was losing it, lol)

It’s only when I’m specced into Accumulative Shielding. Ive noticed the cd on dragons breath not show up aswell, leading to the same confusion, which is spamming an ability in arena when its actually on cd wasting valuable globals and then being very behind because of it.

surprised there aren’t more posts about this. I know a bunch of people with the issue and have seen people complain about it on stream. it makes pvp borderline unplayable and it’s not JUST this ability/class, affects a wide range

Can confirm on my 70 mage with Accumulative Shielding I use Ice Barrier and it doesn’t properly show it as being on cooldown. Spec out of that talent and it still doesn’t show the cooldown until I can use it again and then it shows a cooldown.
