Please reconsider the Heroic Toggle at ICC launch. The Heroic mode should not be available until the RL has the LK dead in each respective raid. We should have to earn right to do Heroic mode with the besting of the LK, not because some people want to be lazy and have the progression handed to them on platter.

They didn’t do it for TOGC. Nor would they for ICC.
Ya do realize Heroic mode is harder, right? If a guild can kill H LK, then they can easily kill N LK

You do realize that people will farm the Heroic Mode just so that they kill normal LK. Use your head, and apply common sense. If the guilds are that strong, it delays them only 1 week before they EARN the right to unlock Heroic Mode.
All your proposal changes is that people won’t be able to do that on week 1.

How many guilds do you think will kill LK on week 1? 50%, 75%, 90%? Not everybody farms the PTR.

All you’re doing is delaying top guilds by a week, but delaying everyone else for a month or 2.
Locking HC behind LK N hurts average players/guilds MORE than it hurts top guilds.
The only thing that you are applying is the fact that this game caters to the weak and again, HM should be EARNED.
Is that why Retail is at all time low participation for high Keys and Mythic raiding?
Meanwhile Naxx25 was like quadruple the logs count?

No idea, I do not bother with retail. Maybe, just maybe the player base prefers this era of the game before Blizz reworked(screwed up) the game instead of just making WoW2 .

Naxx was easier so it had more people logging the raid with alts and gdkp’s. Ulduar had smaller amounts then normals from retail due to it being way harder.
Yeah. Most people enjoy easier game.
Allowing open access is not a freebie. Those who can’t kill it, they won’t kill it. Regardless open Heroic from day 1 or not.
Gated content is literally one of the dumbest things WoW has ever done.

You earn hard mode kills by, yanno, killing the hardmode.
Who cares if you get access to them a week earlier or not?
