Anyone happen to have or know of an assignment sheet yet for ICC, similar to what was done for the other raids? just trying to have something for PTR and not recreate the wheel

Well if the wheel hasnt been created yet, you arent remaking the wheel 
Historically, the theorycrafters who put out these lists put them out AFTER the PTR, because they use the PTR to flesh it out and see what’s actually needed.
pretty sure guilds make the assignment sheets during the PTR
