I see him about once every week in PUGs, it’s really not that hard to pull off, usually takes about 2-3 people to get the ball rolling and generate hype. But people actually have to participate, you have to “make it happen”.

Most important thing: if you see people start talking in the chat about trying to summon Ivus, listen to them and DO WHAT THEY SAY
If they ask for more crystals, go hand in your crystals. If they ask for more people at the summoning stone, get there asap. Etc
