when i setup my new pc today i got in a hurry and used the wrong card to buy the war withen heroic edition i want to remove that charge from that card and charge the other card on my account please help
You have to put in a refund request this has to be done via account management under purcheses and make sure u remove the old card.

ive looked all over and cant find it in account management
Filing for a refund must be done from the Support link at the top of the page. You can navigate there from the Payments category. It is possible the automated system may deny you at first but you should then be presented with a ticketing option for a GM to take a look.
I reckon Darth meant that you can control your payment methods through account management, where you can remove the misused card if you didn’t want it available as an option for future purchases.
