BlizZard GMs tell us to post feedback on forums and twitter. That is the honest 100% truth.
BlizZard GMs I have interacted with are very kind and very customer service oriented so to me they are being straight up honest when they say they can not do anything about this situation.

In higher keys you run into the same people over and over again.
if they successfully stay in that tier, what are they doing to warrant being ignored? One would think if they were truly intolerable, it’s they who would have the trouble.
and if you run into the same people over again, that’s even more reason to keep them interactable for the sake of the game. otherwise, smaller community. ignoring their chat is enough, but to affect their $15 a month “queue times” (for lack of a better term), no.
So were experiencing an online version of you getting kicked off the cool kids lunch table? Not sure how to resolve this issue beyond getting gud.
All in all, I dont think the addon is a great tool. If I were able to setup my own discord and invite people from the larger mythic + communities and had mods that would kick people out of those communities for adding people for spite then it might be a decent tool.
However, credibility will be a problem with this addon. If some schmuck doesnt like you for whatever reason then they can report you.

Or you can send a direct message to them (either devs or whoever is supposed to sift through suggestions) through the game using the suggestion tool.

What exactly is wrong about this addon?
It’s just filling a niche that blizzard has refused to fill. I’d rather blizzard give players the ability to rate others they group with. Especially when it comes to things like toxicity.
