I don’t think that any of this is actually going to happen and people just want to use these situations as a reason for RDF. The “brutal groups” requirement was literally a meme. I played a lot of wow at the beginning of wotlk, never actually saw these groups in game except maybe once or twice leveling from 70-80.
For YOU. Make sure when you make statements that include hundreds of thousands of people, that you’re making them for yourself. You do not speak for me, or anyone else in this game. If YOU don’t want RDF, that’s fine, never use it. Stop pushing YOUR opinion onto other people’s gameplay and enjoyment.
Well, if you are willing to make generalizations like that, then Anxxy is right: it isn’t needed; the game can operate without it.
It may be wanted, desired, expected, etc. but not needed. 11.5mil surely did fine without it, not sure why a few hundred thousand people find it so necessary.
OK the only thing I will give you on this entire post is yeah you’re right if they’re gonna copy and paste the LFD system from retail copy and pastecy entire thing give people customization in it.
But OK RFD being bad for wrath OK People don’t talk in heroics or dungeons in wrath or tbc technically at a certain point not even in classic they Didn’t.
The most talkative person in that dungeon was the tank and even then it was going to LOS over here or LOS over there and that’s about the conversation you had the conversation you had in TBC heroics unless it was a mechanic.
Outside of a high hello or may I roll need for offspec Or gg or good group have a good night People do not talk in dungeons on a very rare occasion very very vacation And when I say rare I mean maybe one person out of a 100 people.
Maybe I will meet somebody I will put on my friends list then they will actually whisper me back and say would you like to do heroics again Mind you I’m a tank.
So no I one million percent disagree the game would benefit from RFD tremendous Most people when they want a social isles let’s be honest they do it Is on discord now.
