The Adventurer and Treasure achievements for each zone actually disagree with this. Exploration is high incentivized, it’s the objective of literal achievements.

You think the game being 18 years old at this point and people not wanting to waste time redoing the whole game each alt they level might have anything to do with that ?

2 zones is only true if you dungeon level with questing intermingled. If you purely quest level, you can full clear BfA in 10-50.

I still enchant and gem my gear. I still use Flask and Pots at end game. I use Food every pull in dungeons and raids. Engineering Battle res and tinkers are highly useful in just about everything.

Exagerating doesn’t make a solid argument.

It’s the same game as Wrath.

Look, that argument might have flown prior to Classic, but now Classic is here and we can see that what people pretend about it simply isn’t true.

We played it, we remembered right : it’s not really a different game. Just bad graphics and slow gameplay.

There are ‘some things’ that are better… but I would permanently go back to the WLK style wow in a heart beat.

…Well using Prevailing opinion for your own purchasing desicsions or opinion is subjective.

But for reviews, let’s say there’s this FPS game that came out, and all the reviews mentioned the poor gun balancing and how they dislike it, or why it doesn’t work. Gameplay is pretty important, so if a majority of the reviews touches on the gun balancing, that’s going to sway people’s opinion on the game.

Yes, opinions are subjective, let’s get this out of the way. But the amount of opinions people have to a product is something that is objectively measurable, and hence what makes a game good or bad typically. Which is different from liking/disliking a game.

Not a fan of Elden Ring, despite the 90+% steam reviews on Steam, but i did enjoy Remnant from The Ashes, despite the 5% lower score it has.

Honestly, that is fair to point out that one has to filter out which is trustworthy and which isn’t, and i don’t mean just sites, but users/reviewers as well. It’s easy to tell which is a bad review and such.

Little curious on why you call rallywally a stalker, considering he hasn’t gone anywhere else i’ve went…

I was in another of these threads and who shows up my stalker friend like they are following me now they know I have them on ignore.

Nobody’s immersion depends on spell ranks or AOE looting. I can’t remember if those things were in Wrath but if they were in half of Wrath Blizzard would pick the half that did not have them to call classic.

Oh.

Retail WoW is for the fortnite generation - I am glad youre enjoying it but its a button mashing shell of the what used to be a fantastic MMO. Classic WoW is for the people who actually enjoy the RPG of MMORPG.

Retail is way too silly and stupid for me to personally enjoy but you do you!

Disagree, I imagine spell ranks as my character slowly getting a greater grasp of the magic or the blade and is able to use it more effectively. It doesn’t DEPEND on it but I still think it’s fairly big.

i just played it and its not entirely bad - as a disclaimer I have elvui installed and the questie addon, made everything palatable.

well im disappointed they changed the unholy spec because I used to remember turning into a ghoul on death and pwning.

An embarrassing admission if there ever was one. Good thing WoWhead was there to hold your hand! :expressionless::man_facepalming:

And this ladies and gentlemen is why retail players stick to retail this so called oh so great classic community in full view right here are they as nice as they say they are here on our forums? Heck no!
Play classic and see no one helps they watch you die it happened to me while going for the mount which I now own and threw classic back in the dumpster fire.

Such a great community classic has oh wait it is just the retail left overs.

And thats a good thing! In retail its almost impossible for a player to die in the open world. You faced some adversity - and just like in the real world, not everyone is there to help you.

You may not realize it but moderate difficulty is not a bad thing. Overcoming a challenge is rewarding.

No that makes sense. I imagine rotate minimap is my characters burgeoning awareness that they have a central part to play in the events of the world.

Oh no, somebody used a guide, the horror… /s

Yeah it’s pretty terrible.

Looking forward to Dragonflight though.

Imagine needing a guide for the DK starting area, and then getting upset you died.

Lol how pathetic.

Imagine caring about how somebody else play their game.
