I am afraid you seeing things from a scripted lens. What I am doing is making observations about how existing things are in the game and telling you about how I feel about them.

This is what Vulpera supporters want you to believe of course. However one big thing to remember is that when you talk about Gilgoblins as a race, you also talk about goblins. And goblins are all over the place and have had a vast effect on Azeroth.

Okay, cool. There is a thread with over a 100 pages requested Vulpera. Do you have a thread requesting requesting Giblins? and how many pages did it reach???

Popularity doesn’t matter. Lore is the primary determinant and blizzard has also said this in Q’A’s and we will be going into an underwater world and helping Gilgoblins. We will be going to the central Naga capital that currently enslaves them. I can see reasons for why they may end up wanting to ally with us.

And in so far as popularity goes. Keep in mind that there is a very strong possibility of those cyborg gnomes as an AR for alliance. This is despite very few megathreads and a lot of opposition to them. And also you mentioned megathreads?

I do kinda like the fish people they previewed. I do want some kind of fish people… something other then more humans or elves. Birds, Fish, Snake, Dragon. Something more exotic. BUG?

Now if Gilgoblins can be druids, perhaps they might get a bunch of different sea forms. Try to remember that I have nothing against Vulpera. My main issue is that I’d rather something more goblin like for an allied race.

Because like I said before. Sometimes people go around saying nobody wants Gilgoblins and I hear a lot about Vulpera on regular basis. It is only natural for me to want to express how I feel on the matter.

These arguments also aren’t idiotic. They are very legitimate points to be made and there is a chance Gilgoblins or some other more goblin-like allied race could happen. Finally

No-one mentioned Gilblins at all until your post.

This is a myth and this is whole mentality is what prompted me to start talking to begin with. The Gilgoblins discussion megathread was up before I even started actively talking about it here.

There is the strong possibility of Gilgoblins. If they are able to be druids, perhaps they may get a form that lets them look something like a Naga or sea monster.

This was my first statement. I didn’t say this to start an argument. I said this in response to the comment person made about naga as a potential solution to their naga delimma. We don’t have an aquatic race yet. This was when someone entered with then standard"Nobody wants Gilgoblins" redoric along with saying there is no reason they will be an AR. Of course I am going to defend myself against that. In the same way a Vulpera supporter would if someone said that Gilgoblins were more likely to be an allied race. I was also asked why. I said why I felt why I did.
