But what holds me back is a) I can not use the barbershop and b) druid forms are stuck to the black cat/bear.

I am sure this paladin would enjoy looking just like everybody else without chance to change. Ofcourse people like to look different especially when it’s shapeshifts.
If I want to play a white cat but they do not let me play a white cat then I do not play it. Some people are stuck in vanilla with their mindset.
Literally the same reason as for why people are upset that they are still not able to mog pvp sets. Stop judging peoples taste. These things should be available and are not provided 37 days after they should have been.
