I want to pay to move off of this Mega, back to a legacy

Whas there been a post concerning when the legacy servers be open for paid transfers back? I have no luck with a search, and the only topic I found even remotely related was to some character creation of the realms you could move to. Thanks for the help.

They wont be go read the blue posts they are legacy servers which means locked cant create new charcters and cant transfer to them.

Thank you. I think i am over Classic. Going to give Retail 1 more try.

So you want to play an MMO on dead servers?

You could possibly pay for a transfer to BsB. It’s a smaller, tightknit community here, but we’re welcoming to people who aren’t interested in megaservers but still want to see the content.

I think it’s more that not everyone likes megaservers.

And so far if this is dead, dead ain’t so bad.

I don’t log into a dead atiesh. Many like me would ride this out till its clear we need to leave.

my wow journeys have involved transfers to old blanchy during wrath pop surge snafus, fresh horde start on remulos in tbcc. Atiesh is no where near dead yet. based on the dead I’ve seen so far lol.

No new char making a non issue till legion classic. if its even reached. then lei shen or pagle get the junk level cap to make a DH at that point if I never cleared atiesh off by then.

I think thats the longest post ive ever seen.

I personally think Retail is a lot better than MoP, but neither really have that Classic feel. Era does though.

:woman_shrugging:

honestly dont see an issue, had a bad day of disconnects after the merge, but alls good now… game is hoppin, horde side on pagle is bangin full where before it was rare to see 2 hordies in oggie at one time. auction house is in full swing. pvp battlegrounds are cookin… rdf is like a 30 second wait for dps… lovin the new pagle megaserver.

mega are already deads, wake up low IQ

Wake up low IQ

Yeah, Mega-servers are more for Retail players who want to play Classic. Servers where community, guilds, and friends lists are meaningless because all group comtent is done via instant queues with strangers that you will probably never see again and don’t have to reach out to or even concern yourself with. It is what Retail WoW has devolved into; an online solo-centric RPG where group content is done randomly and anonymously. It allows players to participate in group comtent while remaining anonymous and toxic.

Community servers tend to shut such individuals out. And unfortunately these solo-centric players are not only more prolific, but also much louder than most of the remaining Classic playerbase. As toxic individuals tend to be.

Never thought they would ever be able to sway the Classic developers away from server communities in favor of the Retail WoW model. But, here we are…

Thanks

maybe because the sense of community is fading if not already completely faded due to tight nit communities not letting newer players in. or the toxicity of people hollering that its not a real server unless they are able to gank people repeatedly. or maybe, just maybe, its because those of us playing classic have played for 20 years and the grind is beyond old.
