This is a welcome change.
Melts my undead heart.
Can’t wait until they’re big enough to ride into battle.
Do you have a job?
In Australia it’s now Eostre, the Spring Equinox.
Happy Spooky tine to the People of the North, and happy Springtime to those of us in the South.
do you guys not do holloween then? or do you host it during our summer?
No, definitely not in Summer; Australia follows the US with Halloween, but it’s not hugely popular over here, and especially this year.
Shops try; there’s always Halloween stuff for sale, but you have to drive for ages before you see a pumpkin or any trick or treating.
And we NEVER have pumpkin spice anything… pumpkin isn’t a spice!
Thanks.
Needed it after the scumfest of the other thread.
happy hayfever season!
Indeed!
Loving how my car windows aren’t frozen each morning now here in Canberra.
Depends on where you live. When I lived at Holsworthy we would have huge turnouts.
In Canberra we have some places that do it like Girralang but I haven’t seen a whole lot around Gungahlin.
so many strange words. you guys are so similar yet so distinct.
Not many in the Blue Mountains do Halloween; we’re too hippy here!
Those are just places. They’re probably named in the indigenous language of this area.

I just like how freaked out he looks when that “thing” grabbed the coin.
its spice FOR pumpkins (specifically pumpkin pie), i’ve honestly been really surprised by how many people legitimately don’t know that.
its just cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove and a touch of allspice.
