1.5 AV for 2 months, 1.6 AV for 2 months 1.8 AV for 2 months 1.12 for the rest of classic? I feel like thatâs a good enough compromise? It would be almost authentic.
lol just wanted to link this. brack rotus in mid field.
It isnât impossible to zerg in 1.5 but those premades you are seeing rand are not as easy as you think to run and setup. They have raid geared tanks. That premade has at least 30 as well. And to throw a curve ball at you, I will say that you didnât have groups as coordinated as this back in vanilla either.
The difficulty of zerging in 1.5 compared to 1.12 was kinda like stealing candy.
1.12 is like stealing candy from a child at a zoo with no parents around.
1.5 is like stealing a bag of twix from a grocery store with a loss prevention officer patrolling you. You might out run them and get away but itâs much different.
I would prefer a static 1.5 for the entire life span. Blizzard had no reason to change it in first place besides an attempt to speed it up and turn it more into a quick game and not a war.
At the end of the day we gotta take into consideration that they have probably (obviously) been working on the game and have already implemented 1.12 AV into the game. Inspite of arugeing or complaint I do really believe we are getting 1.12 AV case closed. They have already stated they donât want to run 2 MMOs so this looks like part of an area where they are willing to cut a corner for reasons. At the end of the day I this is a make it or break it for Classic WoW for you then you are gonna have to accept that either A. You probably should just throw the towel in and give up on the game or B. Give the game a shot and convince people on your server to turtle since the zerg argument is a big deal.
A non premade is going to be hilariously cut to ribbons trying to zerg anything below 1.8. Even a premade will lose most of itâs players trying to mount up and ride to the end.
