in ffxiv you can have katana and fedora just like irl

and cowboy hats + revolver aswell (pretty big revolvers, it’s an anime after all)

As someone who grew up in a ranching town in rural Colorado, I can also tell you it’s not a cowboy hat - not even close. It’s a lot closer to an Outback hat.

That’s why i said closest thing you can get. There really isn’t any hat in the game that looks like an actual cowboy hat.

The Weather Beaten Fishing hat is almost like a cowboy hat with the brim flattened.

The Lucky Fishing hat is a different color:

Don’t know for sure if it’s still in game though.
