Honestly just more customization options for everyone. I do agree about druid though, but it just seems like every class/race need more options to make themselves unique. Mogs are great but more personalization for say spell effects, totems, non-hunter pets, and for the love of god please update the doggone paladin charger… all these allied races have clean unique mounts but the OG pally mount looks like it was made for a nintendo 64…
As a hunter, I didn’t do the mage tower as the skins weren’t worth it to me. I honestly wouldn’t have a clue you did it if you were using the skin…so you thinking it says “i was there and I’m a snowflake” really isn’t a good point for hunter.
Druids actually got a DIFFERENT FORM and so it is a night and day difference thing. Consider it more like the CM sets from MoP, which my hunter did do and has because again, it was totally unique and special.
I’m really not a fan of removing any of these things, and I know I am not alone.

I got the ones I wanted. HOWEVER, Blizzard later changed their mind and let us mog weapons/skins regardless of spec. Which I was extremely disappointed they didn’t do this DURING the Mage Tower or let us know that it was going to be a possibility. I would have farmed more.

Lol you don’t consider the weapons unique and special but the armor sets from MoP were?
Personally I think the weapons are more badass.
To each their own, but yeah I’m not the one removng stuff from the game, I just happen to have a lot of stuff because I was always around for it.
Agree, I would’ve gone for the monk healing weapon had I known I’d be able to use it in other specs.

I just went back and looked, as my memory isn’t what it used to be…
So for MT sets, I played BM and the BM weapon skin wasn’t worth it - I never would have used it. Look at my current mog. I use my legion BM skin, but this was the only one I liked (all colors are good). The MM might have been okay to get, but I am not good at MM and it would have been hard for me, especially since you needed xyz amount of traits into the spec you were doing. Pretty sure my MM weapon didn’t get any love in Legion.
Looking at all classes, a few would have been worth it if I actually played those classes as they look good:
Rogue (assassin)
DH
Druid (feral/guardian)
Enh Sham
Anyways, druid by far had the best of the mage tower as the effects changed their whole form like bear or the color like feral.
I agree with this, but only because a druid’s form is the weapon, lol.
They aren’t really seeing much else, like their characters outside of the animal forms. Except maybe Resto.
Shoulda been there. Blizzard needs to make new cool unique challenge mode stuff these days. Mage tower was so crazy popular back then. The fact they havent made new solo boss challenges smiliar to it for armor and weapon sets is insanity.

I would like to see the werebear done with different model variations as well, which also can help avoid ruining the uniqueness of the original Mage Tower appearances.
Mostly it would be nice to have some additional variety. I don’t think the uniqueness of the original appearances should be ruined, but at the same time, there’s only four variants originally and then the newer variant that is permanently available.
I, for one, dislike pushing the furry angeda but agree that more werebear fonts would be neat.
Problem is no one cares how good someone was 8 years ago
