Today I got stressed doing PVP, I couldn’t win almost any game and a player (who was also bad) criticized me and I told him to shut up. Yes, I know I’m wrong, I just want to know if I can get banned for this.

I don’t think you should get banned or muted for something so minute, you’re likely fine. It is possible if the person you had issue with looked for any excuse to report and hope for an automated squelch.
I don’t think someone hurting your feelbads should earn an account action, the ignore buttons there for a reason. Of course, slurs, threats, and persistent engagement is different entirely.
I wouldn’t worry about it.

If that’s literally all you said, I’m sure you’ll be fine. If it was entwined with some expletives then you’ll have trouble. But really you should have just chucked them on ignore.

Probably deserve a 3-month suspension.
You did not get banned for 12 months for telling somebody to shut up.
The fact that you’re still here on the forums is testament to that. Even if it happened like 15 years ago.

Saying ‘Hi’ is a 12 month ban… what you did… may what ever divine force you pray to have mercy on you for it.
It starts out small and increases with repeated cases I think.
It is possible to get perma banned for a first account action but it would be because of severity. Things like death threats and stuff.
Also, if person A breaks the rules talking to person B I think it’s only investigated if someone reports it. However, if A insults B and B replies to A then it might not get treated as harassment.

Depends. Did you swear or were you being toxic? If you were, it’s a possibility.
Did the player you told to shut up actually report you? If they did, it’s a possibility. If they didn’t, it’s not.
Depends who you said it to. Different rules for different fools
