I thought flying was account bound?

A lot of my lvl 50’s can fly in BFA but my demon hunter can not.
Not sure what is going on

Is your DH an new character? What level? Has he trained flying?

He is ilvl 101 I think and is lvl 50 not new

Pathfinder flying is account-bound, yes. Individual training is not. Where are you trying to fly?

I will never do that stuff because if I did it twice on other alts why
should I do it again. I thought that is what is meant by account bound.
So my other alts can fly. If this is the case then may as well just say screw BFA for my demon hunter. No more grind for him

Not sure how your other characters are able to fly in the BFA zones as you do not appear to have the BFA Pathfinder completed at all.

You also do not appear to have the one for Legion either.
