I skipped korthia quest line and npc is missing

i skipped korthia quest line and archivist roh-suir is missing and [Carving Out a Path] quest can`t add npc missing

Did you ever get this fixed? My main is fine but when I elected the choice “skip” on my ALT the Roh Suir NPC never shows up and I am Renown 45! I still can’t turn in my research.

Same thing happened to me. this main is fine but my Priest alt can’t get that quest cause the quest giver won’t show up.

Same Problem Im just keeping my findings in my bank till they can fix it?
