I recruited my friend and he bought game time but i didnt get the free month?

It says the recruited friend must buy 2 months of game time and my friend bought a 60day wow sub card from a store (because he does not have a credit card) and it has not given me my game time which i think is not fair as he Did spend extra money to get 60days so i could get my free month as I am rather poor and can’t afford to keep a sub up all that time. is there a way to get the game time still or am I just gunna have to dish out money i dont have for a dumb reason?

It will take 8 days from the time your friend purchased the game time, before you get the rewards.
