you can explain it over and over with different examples and ill still find it just boring. 
So. If A modern threatening military doesn’t interest you. And cosmic scale villains like the Jailer Dont interest you. What WOULD interest you?
You don’t want a Villain with simple motivations like “I want to be in charge of Azeroth” and you don’t want a Villain like the Jailer.

I want this, but based on interviews with dev team not going to happen. They want more cosmic regardless of our preferences.
I feel like Undermine or New Gadegetzan will be the starting areas of the tinker class if they’re depicted as hero classes.
This could be a great patch! I could honestly see this being implemented in a Dragon Isles expac either 10.1 or 10.2. Or a Gnome and Goblin themed expansion. That would best fit this!

Nothing is scarier than a villain that can weaponize Red Tape, would be like trying to fight the IRS!
