Long live King Greymane!
(Or Danath Trollbane)
I don’t know, I really liked how he stayed behind to allow the girls to escape. In doing so he befriended powerful allies. Additionally, he did manage to save Kadgar. He’s getting there, and these acts are pretty heroic.
I’m excited to see where they take him too. Hopefully they don’t screw it up.
Garrosh: “He reminded me of me at that age… so I punched the little softy in da face!!”
(Garrosh was a weak sickly kid)
When did this happen?
It’s too bad the faction war is locked to canon and the story is forced to be unable to change it. I know this isn’t the writers’ fault, but because it is locked-in, any character who participates in the next big “we have to work together moment” feels ineffective.
Can he get there faster? Cause I’m tired of being a witness to his emotional struggles. Especially on my Horde characters.
Genn finally figured out the pattern and stepped down from leadership before he could be next up for the villain bat.
If we let Danath lead the whole army, we’d have this Xal’atath business cleaned up before lunch.
My hope is that they don’t make him into a meat head. He’s not really a warrior. Maybe he can be a paladin, but definitely a Holy Paladin.
I’d like to show him get his faith powers back not from faith in “the light” but in “himself” and “his people.” That can be the source of his own light, not “the light,” as nebulous as that concept is anyway.
There was a whole chain of quests where a girl with one arm did all the fighting while he followed her around contemplating about his feelings.
Come on.
I wonder what type of mental health they have in Stormwind. I bet it’s not enough for a young king whose been through as much as he has and he lost his father a horrible way, forced to be King before he was ready, and then got mind controlled and forced to kill people.
I wonder how well you would fare if that happened to you.
It isn’t as interesting being Horde, that’s without doubt.
Alcohol and succubuses
I don’t really know why people get so upset when someone brings up not liking Anduin. There’s like two male characters in this expansion in emotional Anduin and wimpy Dagran. Don’t have exactly a lot of men to choose from that aren’t story fodder. Or they’re just sacrificed like Baelgrim, submissive like Turalyon, or nerfed heavily like Thrall.
I just assume at this point that most of you didn’t even play the campaign and just watched some ragebait youtube video summarizing it poorly.
Turalyon and Anduin are good examples for men to follow imo
There’s even handed strength and thoughtful introspection. Two things our men in real life need to work on a lot harder than they have historically.
again, so mad they miss the point even if its staring them in the face
Amazingly he does this as a scare quotes “priest” but I agree.
Last I check Anduin lead the Alliance though a faction war and a Legion invasion. He gets things done and he gets to show his emotions.
If Faerin looked different and just fell over her own feet requiring Anduin’s rescue constantly
i mean they still wouldn’t be satisfied but they’d probably whine a little less
I want Varian back. Bring back the badassess of WoW.
