I really really really really really really really HATE Anduin

They wrote that to show the story of Anduin’s personal redemption. She’s a tool to that end.

The fact you missed the entire point and continue to insist it’s simply to emasculate Anduin speaks volumes of your opinion on this matter.

The issue is that they gave her the name to as the icing on the cake of her creation. She is a fanfic mary sue OC.

Does anyone actually know what audience blizzard is targeting anymore with their writing?

Last i checked mary sue are good at everything. They dont lose an arm and have to overcome that disadvantage.

You macho guys see emasculation everywhere you go. It’s pathetic. Nobody is doubting your masculinity. If images of men crying threaten your masculinity, then it is probably you who needs to look inward.

They wrote that to show how great Faerin is. She was a tool, but not in the way you think. She was the writer’s insert of the special handicapped but strong female that is able to tell even the king of stormwind what to do while being just as powerful as him in the light.

I want to shoot myself reading that.

There’s also a phrase for people who lead from the rear.

I get what your saying but I believe that if your going to involve yourself with war and ask people to lay down their lives the leader should bear the same risks, maybe not as the common infantryman but to be on the front all the same. I also know it don’t really work that way in real life but I respect a leader who’s in the trenches with you, in all aspects of life.

Question: when does Faerin’s lost arm and blind left eye (which is on the side where she has no arm) ever inconveniences her?

… I just can’t even anymore. You have missed the most important parts of each character because you can’t get past her physical appearance and the perceived threat against your manhood.

And if you were actually listening, you see that I said even non physical traits are part of the package of her specialness.

I get what your saying, and honestly id feel the same.

However a king isnt just a person anymore. They are a symbol. They are the reason those soldiers willingly march to their doom.

To risk a kings life is basically to risk your nation. Through civil war or any other form of power grab.

It’s kind of the whole “time and place for it” thing in my opinion. There are even times and places for it in video games.

Just not ALL of the times and ALL of the places because we should feel guilty if we don’t give their writers that leeway? Or something? I dunno what your angle is exactly.

Anduin is kind of at “get over it status” if he’s on my friend’s list. Can’t even lie.

She is only handicapped to show Anduin that people who have been through trauma can still live happily and successfully.

This is relative to his own trauma from the Shadowlands and his own lost faith.

She exists, in entirety, as a tool to further develop Anduin and his story.

You. Miss. The. Point.

I dunno about anyone else but i am very protective of my manhood.

Given how hard the pushback is for simple simple storytelling elements, the time is always and the place is everywhere.

So she is only handicapped in name only. No flaws being shown, no mishaps or misfortunes shown in the game.

Thank you for proving my point that she was a tool to say exactly what I just said.

What does this even mean lol

You sound like a psycopath
