Castle Nathria was a fun raid. Thats it, that was the best part of SL. Sinrunner Blanchey, and a few really cool transmogs.
Everything else about SL is completely forgettable.
I canceled my sub during SL. Only reason i bought DF was because i had more than enough gold to buy tokens and not spend real money.
DF is not great, but its already better than SL.

Honestly I loved the theme of Shadowlands but the open world stuff felt underwhelming yet again. The MAW was dreadful. Jailer was a let down.

Torghast in Alpha looked cool but they really made it annoying and not fun. Instead of having whacky powers and just enjoying it, it was clear that things like Torghast was new for them so their developer mindset set in and they treated it like dungeons instead of an endless thing per se that gave whacky things to have fun with.

Covenants had potential but ultimately the side events fell flat or were bugged. The mission table was uneven, and could of been fleshed out.

Dragonflight is just a bland mess. I love the zones and that is it.

Plate mog from Castle Nathria is the one thing I wanted but gave up on SL as time went on.

I think I had an easier time adjusting to the Maw because my main is a Worgen.

I’m also a huge Diablo and Dark Souls fan. So the theme overall is fantastic.

I wish I could say this about DF. Haven’t been a fan of the zones so far. I like darker forests, and areas like that.

Maybe the cave in 10.1 will change things up but idk if I’ll be here to experience it.

Does it? I get 40fps there and graphical stuttering on a 3070. Haven’t noticed it being better at all.

I don’t get any slowdown in WoW anymore. It’s such an old game.

The last time I had any slowdown was years ago when I was playing on a crappy Dell computer.

If you’ve got anything modern* (my own PC is getting kinda older now, like last updated with parts in 2019-20) and kitted out, WoW should give you no trouble no matter where you are.
