Good to know, im thinkin of diving back into some cata. This was my major concern
? These dungeons are a SLOG and so boring. They barrier to entry is worse and the success rate is worse compared to the ones in wrath. I think i completed every single one i did in wrath but half the dungeons in cata people fail mechanics STILL. Adding more hp just increases the chance for them to fail.
i’d rather have affixes and done in 20 minutes then the 45 minute runs it takes to complete deadmines or SFK, or the hour run it takes to complete HoO. No thanks. Wrath was 10x better. No one likes a dungeon boss that takes 3+ minutes to kill when some raid bosses take less time. It’s a lazy idea and it’s not surprising, considering the amount of effort that has actually gone into Cata.
Which affixes though?
Most of them were just purely toxic in Wrath and would randomly just wipe groups on trash.

Blanket Term… Lvl 60 requirement for MC… It’s not current tier and should suffice for your definition of raid ready.

The affixes targeted weak, unskilled players. I lol’d every time someone died to the frost debuff because they didn’t move. then be like WTF?
never experienced that , majority of players are cool as long as you do your part. i might had a drop two years ago because people were looking for a healer . i think what is unbearable are posts that claim that are being gatekept
Its gotten to the point where I kind of despise running them. Mostly because I hit the valor “hard need” this week and now its just get what I can from raid maybe a few though the week type vibe. A good thing too. This week just about every group was filled with just absolutely bad people. A group I was in that was mostly bad players, but the DPS was at least serviceable, had to go though like 6 tanks in a run because they were all just terrible…
Karsh - Blackrock Caverns…
Imagine a tank pulling the 2 fire lord adds, running around picking up ALL the adds along the side of the room, and then standing in the forge with the boss pulsing… not like getting a few stacks right… but just standing in it full time… all those adds bumping… most the DPS confused what is happening… and yeah… the wipe. The tank flips out… the healer wasn’t bad but just a little not totally bis geared… and he was like man I just cant heal all that… can we just pull the fire elementals… kill them… and not run around and pick up all the adds along the wall? Tank flips out AGAIN over it trying to kick him. We don’t kick him, tank gets mad and leaves. New tank pops in 30 seconds later… and guess what… does the same stuff again…
You can’t make this stuff up and its happening more and more.
Both the ice patches and web wraps could cause unavoidable deaths/wipes if you had bad luck with CC or who gets hit.
The troll blood pools were just bugged or you had bosses that would just stand in them while they cast something so until they added the poison thing in what gamma which could also lead to wipes.
Inferno dungeons haven’t been bad at all past couple days. Most everyone has high enough gear and are breezing through them
Running them when the raiders are carrying people they are fine but ounce all the raiders dont need them anymore and they are filled with 346 ilvl entitled alts these runs will be BAD!!!
If you can queue for it then you’re not entitled. 
You’re free to not queue with these 346 and make your own group.
