I’ve paid for name changes in the past and they were almost instant if not nearly instant. This is unnerving. Could someone help?
Digital purchases usualy are instant but can take up 2 24hrs id just give it some time if 24hrs then id open a problem with purchase ticket.
On a side what does it say under transactions did it actualy go thru.

Vrak has nothing to do with coding or choosing what is allowed and what isn’t. He and the other SFAs are pretty narrowly limited to their forum presence. These forums are primarily a player assisting other players deal. Our SFAs are more of an infodesk deal, and to keep us hoodlums in line. They are not Devs who make the choices of coding or breaking add-ons, or decide what is or isn’t allowed.
Something you’re going to find out the hard way if you keep hijacking other people’s threads - especially if it’s just to harass one of our SFAs. This one has nothing at all to do with the other thread, or your question. And you didn’t call out a single thing there, so let’s not fool ourselves, hm?

Your ongoing petulance and attitude towards anyone who doesn’t agree with your BS is the exact reason why the weak auras thread was locked.
This is the difference between an SFA (on this forum), and Community Managers on other forums such as General. This is why when players are wanting to provide feedback they’re pointed towards General (or a more specific forum) to post there - as it’s monitored by Community Managers.
They are the ones who can pass on things to the developers or QA etc.
Vrak and the other SFA’s here could also pass on information but it’s not a specific task they have to do as part of their job.
So yes, information does get passed along - but again not how you think it should be.
You’re talking about different departments of the company. Forum staff don’t work with game developers just like cashiers don’t work with the corporate branches of their retail stores. In a game design company, they can obviously contact each other and pass information along, but they don’t work with each other.

Yes, I work at the same company, but I don’t generally interact with the Game Development team. That isn’t part of my job.
We have specific procedures in place for suggestions, feedback and/or bug reports. I am not a liaison for any of those.
This is me being nice, and only deleting the posts in this thread that bumped it from 3 days ago. A bump to continue some kind of crusade entirely unrelated to this thread, which very much would be against our forum guidelines, as is much of how you are posting.
