I stole Warglaives from my guild GDKP and xfer'd servers, can I get banned?

My guild runs a MH/BT GDKP ever Thurs night and we’re on a fairly high pop realm so we get a lot of buyers usually for this specific run, especially since we’re been doing it for so long that people recognize us somewhat. I’m part of LC in this guild and I come to find out that in our BT run for the night, one of the main officers in the guild actually sold Warglaives to a buyer in the group for $3.5k USD. He apparently did this whole transaction without any of us knowing, he put in his own go…
