I need help adding my payment method!

okay guys im at a complete loss! i am not able to add a payment method to my account -at all- i tried ot contact tech support and they did not help at all. so im asking you lovely folks for help here if anybody else has experienced this issue here. i keep getting a red error code that says: an error occurred. i tested this on 3 different browsers the error persists. im at a complete loss here and i dont know what to do. i can buy normal game time with my payment method but it does notlet me sub at all. all help here is appreciated. thanks in advanced for yalls help nothing i attempt works. The error continues to pop up. its a red error code. i took a screen shot but i dont know how to add files on this forum! thanks in advanced for any help here!

here we go guys i moved my situation over to here and I’m hoping to get more help. the issue i am having persists across 3 seperate browsers. I am seeing conflicting information on MS edge that blizz no longer accepts my payment methods for some change they made. I just want to know what is the dealio here yall! i cant add my payment method at all. i have plenty of money and i get paid soon. (Note: ON SSI) any help here would be ideal. thanks in advanced again lovely folks.

What payment method are you trying to use?

Credit, debit, prepaid, paypal?

Have you tried using a different internet connection?

Im -trying- add my chase/visa debit card atm. Its fully loaded with plenty of money! NOTE i recently moved but my info is all updated everywhere not sure whats going on here heheh. im trying to remain in a good mood about this.

You currently have a Visa setup as an active method and looks like an order was just done today, one yesterday and 2 on the 18th.

yo holy mess that worked! im trying on my WI FI option and that just did it for me! BRO you are a genius heheh. thanks for the assistance guys that never even dawned on me heheh. such a simple solutions. GUYS if yall experience this error TRY A DIFFERENT INTERNET CONNECTION! ie try wi fi instead of ethernet cable for whatevs reason that clears up the error! and thanks Orl yeah i just seen that thanks for the help guys you guys are literally the best! cheers folks as our fellow uk players say. stay safe yall from ny.
