I made a web ticket about an ingame incident. I got a copy paste reply that basically had nothing to do with what I asked, and solved nothing. I went to make another ticket. Everything I type, after selecting my game (WoW) or defining my problem, sends me to a refund request for Diablo IV.
I am not playing diablo 4, I am not refunding diablo 4, and all of the things I typed are not remotely related to diablo 4.
I want a real link that takes me to a real place to make a REAL FRIGGING TICKET.
Try just setting the category, but ultimately it would help to know what the issue is. If it is about reporting other then harrassment, that can be done by right click reporting.
Is it a refund you’re after? Or what exactly is the ticket in reference to? If you provide more information, we can help get you to where you need to be.
Unless it’s something outside of the GMs purview - that’s often the case if you’re getting rerouted around in circles. But again, a little more information can help us to help you.
You can make tickets just fine - if you go about it properly and if it’s something that the GMs can assist with.
Arguing isn’t getting you anywhere, and I do understand you’re frustrated. But you’re giving none of us anything to go with in order to help you. If you want to complain about the system, there is a proper venue for it. This isn’t it.
If you would give some idea of what the ticket is for, we can help you get to a place to submit it.
And just because:
You pay to for access to their servers. You’re not paying for anything beyond that.
They do this because a lot of people tend to not understand what GMs can and cannot do. Also, a great deal of the time those round-a-bouts that send you elsewhere will answer questions and whatnot faster than tickets can oftentimes be answered. It’s a catch twenty-two. Give the players the option to find the answer themselves or have to deal with people complaining about their tickets not being answered instantaneously because the system has an overabundance of tickets that GMs cannot really do anything about.
That link should take you to the ticket area for World of Warcraft to select options. They don’t allow you to make tickets about certain things, what is it you’re looking to make the ticket for and I can try to give a link?
The ticket system does not allow you to make tickets for things that GM’s can’t assist with. That is by design because such tickets are a waste of time and just clog up the system and delay addressing tickets they can help with.
I’m not, but the offer to help you stands regardless.
Provide something to go off of, and we’ll more than happily try and get you to where you need to be for assistance. If you just want to open a ticket for the sole purpose to rage about the site or policies? That isn’t for the GMs. That would be an issue for the Devs and they don’t respond to tickets.
Allowing ticket spam for anything and everything would not be in the best interest of the players. It would clog the ticket system with things the GMs can’t help with, delaying help for those in line with issues they can assist on. Further, we pay for access to the servers when not in Maint, nothing more, nothing less.
Part of the frustration may come from not understanding what GM’s/ Support can and can’t do. Some of it they don’t have the tools for, and other things are policy.
