I’m thinking of buying a new gaming mouse for classic

Its a button. I also own that mouse. And I disable that last button because I rest my finger there and have no use for it. But it can be used almost like an extra modifier button. Like a Shift or Alt key etc… But with so many buttons to begin with I have no need for it.

Hell I disable like 6 of the buttons on the side. Theres just so damn many, lol. I don’t need all that. But its nice to have them just in case.

Edit: You can turn off the RGB too btw. In case you don’t want your hand glowing like a neon my little pony while you trying to raid.

dude I had 2 break in a year. They’re trash

They wear big socks?

For MMO, the ones with the number pad on the side are pretty awesome.

yeah, i’ve started using corsair stuff and even though it’s so much cheaper it always lasts longer.

Razer Naga Trinity. Win win win.

been said a few times but I’ll also chime in on the G502 from logitech.
Best mouse , hands down, on the market, between the extra buttons, the weights to get it just right and the easily customization using the Logitech G software it’s super awesome.

For me, i have been using the Logitech G601 mouse forever. It is responsive, easily customizable, and cost effective at 30$ now (when i first got one it was 80$). Mine has lasted through 3+ years of near constant use.

See for me, I would have agreed until I broke down and bought the G502, the difference the weights make to make it perfect is astronomical.

I use a razor naga. They don’t last forever but you get your moneys worth. The buttons can wear out over time.

That is a large budget for a mouse… You might get one made of gold for that much. I just purchased another Logitech G602, myself. I usually steer away from mouses….mice with tons of extra buttons but I like this one. I think I paid like 35 bucks on amazon. There is a really sweet, modular Logitech that’s around 80 bucks, but that is the most I’d spent, personally. I’ve had Razers before and they always failed on me. I havnt tried many other brands besides Razer and Logitech. Logitech has always been a very reliable brand for me. I’m sure you’ll find something you like. My last mouse was a 15 dollar ‘Reddragon’ and it was just fine.

Loved my Razer Naga. In fact there have been a few games I have played in the past I would be lost without it. Diablo, Path or Exile, Wildstar.

But man did it ever mess with my carpal tunnel. Particularly Wildstar. I actually had to unsub that game because it was destroying my hands.

Most recently used the Naga for LoL which is a bit less intense but then started having problems with it. It gets all out of calibration very easily and the cursor just starts moving with a mind of its own making it impossible to play. bought a new one and had the exact same problem out of the box. So I finally gave up on them. Took me forever to get used to a two button mouse again but tired of trying to get it to work and then having to return it for a refund.

G403 Wireless best mouse on the market ATM, Unfortunately it’s marked up to 150$ because it’s not being made anymore - get a wired g403 for 50$, and a new keyboard for 100$, a new mousepad and a nice dinner for 200$

Man. I haven’t had any issues with mine and have had for quite some time. Watch it crap out 2 weeks into classic lol.

razar naga 17 button mouse has worked fine for me since mop because I was going through mouses easily every 6 months to button failure.

Used the Steel Series mouse they put out for WoW for several years until it crapped out. Im currently using the logitech G600.

The only Razer mouse Ive had any luck with was the death adder, rest of them have had no shelf life.

you know i would say logitech g600 but ive had several and they break even more than the naga trinity mouse that i have now. ive had 2 naga trinity and have the 2 year warranty from bestbuy and when the other one broke i turned it in for a new one and paid like 10 dollars to continue the warranty for another 2 years. its coming up on the last few months on the warranty so i might turn it in and reup my warranty again .

either way it takes a good bit of learning to properly play with a mouse with that many buttons.

place your skills on set buttons like any aoe will go on 5 (like how i have it set up) and your main abilities go on 1-4 so you have a set place at the middle of the pad with your thumb and can muscle memory it.

A friend of mine has a Red dragon mouse with the MMO buttons. I don’t have any experience with it.

I’ve used a Razor Naga and the Corsair Scimitar and Logitech version. I have liked the Corsair the most. Unfortunately you cannot limit your FPS in the game settings or it goes crazy every once in a while.

I did like the Logitech mouse paired with the G13 pad, but the Logo software is ugh to use.

To clarify. When people are referring to the G502 are they referring to the proteus spectrum RGB tuneable, or something different?

Sorry for sounding like such a nub with this kind of thing. (Cause let’s face it , I am) lul.

The new razor naga trinity is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned.

Razor is SOOOOOOOO overpriced it is disgusting now.
