according to blizzard pvp looks like battlegrounds.
they didnt institute rules for pvp servers regarding ganking because they probably thought you were smart enough to know that killing something that doesnt give you honor or a challenge, is not only boring, its not pvp. what glory is there in killing something that doesnt have even the potential to fight back? how can that be player vs. player? its player vs environment where the environment is no match. might as well go aoe down mobs in a newbie zone as a level 60, for no xp, no honor, nothing.
whatever. ruin your game. i’m a pver anyway. just see the dumpster fire the pvp servers are turning into and think saner heads need to readjust the mindset of their communities.

that’s strange, i just killed a lvl 50 and it was allowed by blizzard.
because you’re wrong. it’s pvp. if you disagree, that’s fine. you should avoid pvp servers. they aren’t for you.
i know this. i also am witnessing the game self destructing because people who think no rules means they should thus burn the place to the ground

no matter how many times you run it back at him he isn’t going to listen lol. so much of this nowadays “i don’t think / in my area we play this way” crowd. no amount of facts is going to change their mind so don’t bother.

you do know that blizzard closed the pvp servers on retail because of this same problem. there was no one left to pvp with. they had become pve servers.
I understand your sentiment.
With that said, I understood my choice when rolling on a PvP server as Alliance. Blizzard created the rules therein, any target in a contested zone is flagged for PvP. You agree to this when deciding to create a character on said server.
The odds are not always in my favor but it is what I chose, while players camping and griefing may be considered the lowest type of player. The moment I see the same players on equal footing get put in their place is what I play on PvP servers for.

i understand the facts. the facts are you can play how ever you want. the reality is you should have enough sense to know the difference between pvp and pve. cause fighting someone that cant fight back is not pvp.

No by very definition it is, are you going to argue that PvP in fact dose not mean Player vs Player but something else entirely? Any Player vs Player interaction IS PVP.
You can argue alllllll you want how YOU define it, but by very definition PvP is exactly what it says nothing more nothing less.

the argument is, if you keep spending money faster than you make it, your bank account is gonna be empty. if you keep ganking and doing pvp where the other side has no chance, they’re eventually gonna leave and there’s no players of the opposite side left. you wasted it all friviously.
okay, so a player kills someone who is afk. where’s the vs. part? there’s not unless you think beating on a target dummy is pvp

again, i’ll defer to the to the pizza restaurant example. if someone enters my pizza resto and wants chinese food, my suggestion would be to leave because i can’t make that.
the reality is, too many players roll on pvp servers when they truly don’t like that game mode and shouldn’t be there.
and if not enough players intelligently go where they need to go, of course the server dies.
I’m curious. How do you suggest blizzard fixes queues? Because with faction specific classes, faction change is 100% not an option
but they aint right there. you’re just killing pixels. so pvp is killing pixels. and in the event they are right there but are 20 levels lower than you, might as well be a target dummy. or when 40 people attack 10 people of similar level range. same thing. might as well be target dummies.
in those cases, you aren’t pvping. its more like feyd rautha in dune. his opponents in arena were all drugged so he could win every time. that’s not winning. that’s a joke.
